Assessing plan
Part A : Listening
Listen to the tape recorder, and write down 5 sentences about it.
Scoring :
5 = 10
4 = 8
3 = 6
2 = 4
1 = 2
Way of assessing : must be match to the tape recorder

Part B : Speaking
  • Teacher explain the materials, for instance offering help.
  • Then, students make a short conversation about offering help.
The aspect of assessment :
  • fluency
  • pronunciation
  • confidence and memorizing.
Scoring :
100 = excellent
80 – 90 = very good
70 = good
60 – 69 = enough
50 = very poor

Part C : Reading
  • students read the text
  • students answer the 5 questions.
Scoring :
5 = 10
4 = 8
3 = 6
2 = 4
1 = 2
Additional scoring :
Students retell the reading text, scoring depends on the fluency, memorizing, and matching to the text.

Part D : Writing
Students write down a free journal.
Aspects of scoring :
- length of text
- grammar
- vocabulary
- conjunction
Scoring :
100 = excellent
80 – 90 = very good
70 – 79 = good
61 – 69 = enough
50 – 60 = very poor
